Christopher Paul Maskery (born 25 September 1964 in Stoke-on-Trent, England) was a footballer who played in The Football League for Stoke City. He made 92 appearance for Stoke.
Maskery joined Stoke as a youngster in 1980. He made his debut on his 18th birthday in 1982 and went on to make 92 appearances for Stoke until he was released by Mick Mills in 1987. He decided to retire from football but made a U-turn and joined Stafford Rangers. However in 1990 he swallowed his tongue during a Rangers match and decided to retire from football again. He went on to join the Fire service.[1]
